We deliberately keep the data we hold to a minimum. This website has no accounts and no login — the only way to reach us is by email, listed on our Contact page.
When you place an order, your name, delivery address, email, and payment details are collected and processed directly by Stripe or PayPal — whichever you choose at checkout. Our servers only ever see the product and design you selected, which we need to validate your order and calculate the correct price. We do not receive or store your full card number, and we do not build a customer account or order history on our own systems.
If you make a donation via the PayPal donate button on our Help Stray Dogs & Cats page, that payment is handled entirely by PayPal in the same way.
Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically logs basic technical information for security and performance purposes, such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited.
